Proposals

For the moment, creation of proposals is limited to the CompX team. This is only the case in the short term, as a fully on chain governance system is the end goal of CompX governance. Currently discussions and suggestions can be made by the community in our dedicated Discord channel. Based on that feedback the CompX team will create any necessary proposals and prepare them for a vote.

In addition to these community driven votes, there will be regular votes put forward regarding ongoing CompX operations.

• xUSD base interest rate can be lowered or raised

  • On a monthly basis the community will decide to raise, lower or maintain the current baseline interest rate by 0.5%. The baseline interest rate is 3% currently.

• Pool Proposal

  • On a monthly basis, one week before the month ends, proposals will be created to determine what community pools (paired with CompX, xUSD, X-NFT or cAlgo tokens) should be included toward CompX reward calculations for this coming month.

Following a successful vote the CompX team will action anything required following the vote in a timely manner, with a week maximum for actions to be taken for simple actions.
